The Framing Art Gallery was formerly known as The Black Dog Gallery and changed name and ownership in June 2023. The new owner, Jonathan Jackson, also runs a Picture Framing shop in Wimbledon Art Studios where he has been framing since 2013, working within a highly creative environment of 250+ artists and makers. Committed to providing a first rate service to all sectors - domestic, artists, galleries, and commercial - Jonathan and his team of highly experienced framing professionals is dedicated to the art of Picture Framing in all its shapes and forms. Good framing takes time, experience, and meticulous attention to detail. Bespoke picture framing is designed to protect, enhance and concentrate focus on what is inside of the frame, whilst also harmonising with the surroundings in which the work is to be displayed. Alongside our framing service, we show and sell a wide and diverse range of original artworks by both established and emerging artists.. Thanks to our extensive experience of working directly with hundreds of artists and makers over the years, we can also help you source or commission art specific to your requirements, be it the perfect gift for a loved one or an interior design project requiring statement artworks for walls.
